Who needs color, anyway

Wiem, że to żadna nowość i że pewnie wszystkie maniaczki mody widziały już klip promujący kolekcję odzieży sióstr Olsen, The Row. Możecie znaleźć go tu. Tutaj można znaleźć z kolei zdjęcia z tej sesji, ten blog zresztą przypomniał mi o klipie:-):
Sama widziałam go wiele razy, ale wciąż nie mam go dość. Te ubrania są po prostu doskonałe, proste linie, fasony, no i te kolory... wyłącznie czarny, szary i biały. W sam raz dla mnie. Zgadzam się w pełni z Wendy, autorki bloga Hand Me Over że kolorowe akcenty w stroju naprawdę nie są niezbędne. Kiedyś postanowiłam sobie, że będę próbować wprowadzać do swojej garderoby nieco koloru, był moment, kiedy uważałam, że już za dużo mam czerni i szarości. To nie jest tak, że nie lubię innych kolorów. Fiolet, czerwony i niebieski wręcz kocham. Ale to czerń i szarości są w pełni "moje". Łatwo się je łączy ze sobą, można fajnie bawić się odcieniami i fakturą materiałów. Chyba pozostanę przy tej gamie. Potrzebuję więcej ciuchów w tych odcieniach:-)

I've watched the video many times so far. But the clothes are just perfect! The simple forms, clean lines, and my favorite colors- black, gray and white. Who needs more? I totally agree with Wendy from Hand Me Over that the touch of color isn't really neccessary, whatever people may say:-). Ok, there was a time that I tried really hard to incorporate a bit of color to my rather monochromatic wardrobe. I love purple, blue and red as well. But you know what, there's nothing wrong with wearing mostly black, gray and white. Those colors are so easy to combine, you could mix textures and shades and it will always look good, I dare say. So I'll definitely keep on buying clothes in those three colors. Gimme me more!:-)

BTW, somebody somewhere in the net has commented that The Row is like American Apparel, only less available;-). I've seen the proces of the clothes from The Row and what can I say... I will definitely try and recreate that look with AA clothes;-)
